Prince Lu

Our largest build to date. A character led film carried across thirty-one frames without the face, the costume or the world ever drifting.
Length is what breaks generated work. One shot is easy, a sequence is not, and every extra frame is another chance for the character to become somebody else.
So Prince Lu was treated like a studio production. The character was designed, sheeted and locked first, the world was defined as a fixed palette and light rig, and only then was anything generated against it.
The result holds across the full run: same face, same costume, same world, from the wide establishing shots through to the close-ups.
